His complexion is unnaturally pale and blue. Many blond people have phaeomelanin in their skin. Without blood flow this would color the skin a pale to medium rusty orange.

The title is "Changeling", so it implies the shown character is an unnatural being (not necessarily a dead/undead one). Hence the skincolour is not wrong or unnatural. Fantasy is the key.
