Description Struggling to catch up on my workload at the moment, so here's an oldie from 2005.
Designed this character [link] then some months later decided to try painting the same character in a more 'realistic' and pinup kinda way and this was the result. Pencil sketch on paper, painted in photoshop.

Based on my fab friend who bore more than a passing resemblance to the original cartoon character sketch and helped out with posing for this piece!

The perspective is great, though it makes for an odd sort of gestalt where you have to think about what you're seeing, and then be pleased at how it all hangs together.
