Man, I love watermelon....I mean. This is Zanith Feirn Pari, one of my new babies. He's a priesty dude to a god who, by all accounts, has a gone MAI (but was most likely carted off to the nearest astral equivellent to a metal home). He's in a semi-dream world. You can pick what's real and what's not. Choose your own adventure style.
Zanith's main forms of worship range generally include: extended fasting, scarification and spending quality time with his darling concubine thing. And eating people. But that comes with the whole society, so it's nothing special.
And leasurly walks on beaches by the moon light. Or not :/
& Yes, he shares the wings & mask that Bad Wolf has, but it's completely a stupid coincidence caused by my love of wings and masks. They're from the some OC universe, but have nothing to do with each other C:

Good character design, detailed without burdening the character or butchering any sense of movement or dynamism. Good colour balance too, gives the whole piece a dream-like quality.
The wings and horns are pretty uninspired and to be frank, this isn't the most interesting painting i've ever seen- the composition is pretty boring, the character doesn't have much life to it and it isn't very striking.
overall, i don't have much to say. A good beginning for a character and the background hints at a strange, fantastical world you'd want to explore. The positives and negatives are fairly even where this painting is concerned.

This is so inspirational. I like the mask idea a lot and can never manage to pull it off on my own. And the posture of this fellow is fantastic. I adore his grin.

Love the colours and bits of shiny in his hair.
It looks like he's standing on a green brain, but that's just how I see anything big and lumpy.
Is that body art or a juice stain? (edit: or just his natural mottled skin colour? xD)

Uuuh. It'd be body art or bites. He's pretty much covered in various forms of job related body modification and injuries from keeping his uh...pet (humanoid angler fishy guy~ C: )
