Description
Feeling inspired by the Man of Steel teaser, which shows a young Clark running around a yard with a red towel for a cape, I decided to draw my own. He ended up much older than I'd meant (they grow 'em big on Krypton meybe?), but the feeling I'd intended is there and I'm pretty happy with it.
Still learning to 'paint' in Photoshop, but it is so much fun!!

Yeah? Never read it. I made it after seeing the Superman trailer for the first time, where young supes dresses in his cape and kinda struts his stuff

It basically the same image of a guy in casual cloths and a cape (only the graphic novel is much darker). Anyway Kal-El looks awesome here

Yeah, although it's a little meta, seeing as kids wear towels like that because of superman, and other superheroes he's inspired.

I kinda wish that they did the trailer that they showed at Comic-con, but yeah, it had it's moments. I LOVED that they used a line from All-Star Superman for it--if they're using that as inspiration, then it's bound to be a great take on Superman.
