Description I collapsed to the floor, wheezing. Across the smoke filled room I noticed a fireman. I called out to him. But something was.. wrong about him. He had perfect composure, even though the flames peeled away at the walls inches away from him. It was almost like he wasn’t afraid. Like he had died already and wasn’t scared of death anymore. His neck turned to face me. He began to walk slowly and perfectly, standing almost completely upright. In his right hand swung a large fire axe as he continued his gait. He wore a perfectly black gasmask. The lenses were so dark I couldn’t see his eyes behind them. As he came closer in the burning orange and red light, I could see that his skin was pale. It was pasty, dead-white. At this point I begin to crawl backwards as fast as I could, but I hit a wall. This man, this thing, it hadn’t come to rescue me. It looked down at my shaking body and I swore it must have been laughing at how pathetic I looked. It raised its axe high above its head and swung down, before I could scream.

Love the lighting. And the fire looks incredible, how'd you get all the shadows so smooth?

Thanks. I used the typical commands to make the shadows high quality (flashlightdepthres 4096 etc.) then used the "poster 2" command to render at 5k, then downsampled the image back to 2k.
