FOR MAC USERS:
get or buy a shimeji that works for your computer. Go to the sprites and dealet the pics for the one that works ((you can change the icon if you want or keep it the same)) then download this and copy and paste the sprites for this and place them in the working shimeji's sprite folder.
if that dosent work idk what will thats how i helped a freaind

if your using winzip hit un.zip then go into the folder it gives you and click on the little shimeji icon and he should just pop in your screen

I tried, so many times but it wont work. I don't have a mac, so I don't seeΒ what the problem is. I followed all the steps, even downloaded Java again and uninstalled the old versions XD But it just doesn't work at the final step. DXΒ Β

For those of you who can't make it work, maybe I can help XD
-When you download, it will be a .zip file.
-Inside the .zip file is another file named 'Masky'
-Drag the 'Masky' file onto your desktop and open it.
-Double click the second icon named 'Shimeji' it will be an Executable Jar File.
If you did it right, a little Masky will fall from your screen and onto the toolbar xD
You might have to download Java for it to work as well, I already had it though so there was no trouble for me 
And just on another note- OMG THIS IS THE MOST ADORABLE THING EVER XDXD

I updated Java, but it still Β doesn't work... The Java file does nothing and when I click the actual program for Shimeji a pop up comes up with Japanese writing. If you click no nothing happens but if you click yes it sends you to a Japanese Java page. I downloaded that Java and it sill did nothing..Β

It should work with no problems, unless Java isn't up to date and/or you're using a Mac, it only works on PC.
