Happy ninth day of October everybody!
Day 9 was a female Lolita witch, and my mind immediately went to Gothic Lolita fashion. I also wanted to make her younger, and almost doll-like. My biggest achievement was this idea of having her magic being channeled from her parasol (which is wonky and hurts me, but whatever).
