BUT i took the screen shots.
i dont even know if im allowed to have it.
but i made it.
and it.. looks kinda funny as a background.
but.
i still like it.
i'll make another, im not very inspired today.

let me talk you through it.
take the video.
youtube might work with this.
not sure
or the MCR website.
open the video [aka. watch it] lol
and then pause at the parts you want to take a picture with.
then on your keyboard - it should be up by the "F11, F12" keys - it should be the next column across on your keyboard which says the three keys -
"Print Scrn "Scroll "Pause
SysRq" Lock" "Break"
press the Print Scrn button.
it copies the whole screen,
so then you just go into Paint
and go - ctrl V or paste it in paint. [or maybe i did it in photoshop. both works fine]
and then crop it to the size of the picture.
then play around with the background, put pictures onto a backgroud like i did.
but yeah.
