Description Needle felted wool over foam with key chain attachment.
About 2 inches tall.
It's kind of detailed for a key chain, so this is the prototype.

I'm kind of new at making key chains, and I want to be sure that they'll hold up to abuse. So my friend who originally wanted this design said she wouldn't mind being a guinea pig and testing out the technology.

I don't know about the keychain part but I'd stay away from white for the most part, keychains get dirtier than you'd think.

I'm not familiar with the character but this makes an adorable keychain. The teeny paws are so sweet!
I'm very curious to know how well needle-felting would hold up to purses and pockets and everyday use - it's a great idea!

Well if the prototype holds up then I'll make more. I do plan on making other Okami critters for ACEN in May, but not necessarily key chains.

Working smaller wasn't too bad. I feel like the details aren't as clean as they would be on a bigger piece. The back disc was the hardest and it shows. I might bring a replacement disc the next time I see you, and trade it out.
