Salutations,

As I looked through a stack of my past artwork during a small break I took from drawing a more current piece at five in the morning, I was surprised to have noticed that I never got around to posting this one up here. So, I thought I would share this piece from the archive of the past.

This young lass here is Amelia, an original character from my novel, who I shockingly haven't redrawn yet after all of these years. To keep it short and sweet, Amelia is a recluse who often stays to herself when it comes to being on the streets of southeast Healiaden. The only person she does not mind being around is a DJ named Nikliane (nye-klee-on-nay). This musical friend of hers often went by her stage name: Asia. The two would become fast friends once they met; serving as inspiration to one another. As Amelia herself would often put it: "Asia's the vibe to my words. She sets the mood while I paint the picture." By the way, the hoverboard came to mind from playing an old game on the Dreamcast back in the day called Trick Style.
