I like the way the stains contrast with the soft kind of painting you used. And there is another interesting contrast : green-red. You chose hues that doesn't contrast that much, which make the drawing less surreal than it seems, I believe.
The red and black butterfly is the main point of the drawing, as if it was pasted on the drawing, becoming at the same time a part of it and something that doesn't belong to it (nice effect, by the way). And the way she looks beyond, maybe to the butterflies, maybe not, gives me a different impression, like if there was two, not one drawing. Her face would be part 1 and the butterflies the part 2 (with that green background, it's like the butterflies are flying above the grass). I like the rough style you used too. But I believe that more shades of green would make the hair flow smoothly, and not in the rough way it flows. But it doesn't take away all that is amazing in your illustration.

Nice technique! Green is an interesting choice, and all these stains create such an effect than contrasts well with the soft painting on the rest of the drawing.
