Tools: Photoshop, tablet, mouseI'm disappointed that this didn't come out as well as Empoleon did but I'm happy it came out better than I thought it would. I was having some frustration making myself draw after I made that because I feel like him coming out as well as he did was a fluke.
I would like him shiny, it is such a pretty color.
Also I rather love the name Servine, it amuses me for some reason.649
