Gift for *kiss-the-thunder
Celeste has to be one of my most favourite characters out there. She’s a beautiful, elegant character and is really unique. I’ve been wanting to draw her again for a long time now and with it being the festive season I thought now would be the best time to do so.
Rachael, you are my inspiration. Your art is something I’ve never stopped admiring from when I first found it here on DeviantArt. Your style is so professional and gorgeous, but what’s more the person you are is too. You’re generous and a genuine person online and you pour out your emotions and love through your art and that inspires me. I want my art to someday be something like the quality standard yours is. You have a true talent and whether you see it or not, you have helped me in my journey of growth and no doubt many, many others.
That’s what this picture means to me. You’ve helped me so much to develop as an artist and continue inspiring me all the time. I still remember when you drew Luna once as part of a gift for a group of us who grew Celeste and the hunk, Sexy McNugget. That was one of the most joyous things that has ever happened to me on my time here, to have such a talented artist generously draw my own character, not judging the quality of art or character.
Thank you for being so kind and loving and for being my inspiration. I hope you enjoy this picture of Celeste and Luna and I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

I'm really touched by this to say the least.
Lately I've kinda been wondering if my efforts meant anything at all. In a ot of ways I feel like a salmon fighting it's way upsteam against a fierce current. I really have to fight to make any headway. I don't want to go on needlessly, but knowing I've done something that meant something to you, something that inspired you, means more to me than anything else could. Thank you for this, it's really helping me remember who I am and what I'm working so hard for. I love people, and I want people to feel loved. *hugs dearly* so thank you, so much for this.
And the picture itself is so beautiful!! It's the kind of subject matter I would have chosen for myself to draw. Celeste is in no way a persona or anything, but there are periods where I used her as a means of self expression. Many times, it's just wanting to lead people by the hand to a better place. Beautiful expressions, and gorgeous interactions <3

I understand, we all have hard times where we question our worth and I myself do on too many an occasion. To know that I've helped you in some way through your troubles and see your own worth really warms my heart. You've unknowingly helped me through a lot and knowing I've helped you back in some way is a wonderful thing
I'm so pleased you like the picture, it took me a while to get the poses right and drawing characters together is something I really need to work more on. But the intended message I believe came across and that's all I could hope for

As weird as it may seem, but I am moved by your determination to strive towards *kiss-the-thunder 's level, both in terms of personality AND talent. And to be able to see your admiration for your inspiration in both the form of a picture of Celeste guiding Luna towards a generous path, and in the form of motivational words is just very touching.
To some point, you have made me realise how much of a cold-hearted bastard that I really am.
Also... does this mean that your drawing hand is somewhat alright now? c:

Thank you my friend, it's not weird at all that you feel this way. It's meant to be something special and emotional.
Don't call yourself such thing, just look at all the friends you've made online, all the wonderful gifts you've drawn for people and the advice and guidance you've given myself and others. To me that's quite warm-hearted, so don't shun yourself down
And yes, yesterday I was able to do a few sketches yesterday and today, though I can't have my hand down for long periods at a time I'm still able to do a little work at a time
