I thought I saw a couple of kids once. But they were trying to kill and loot me. D:
There's also the vaguely annoying fan-kid who follows you around when you become the Grand Champion of the Imperial City Arena.

Now that i think of it i think they didnt add kids because of the fact that you can do whatever you want. All of the people who play it would just make videos of them killing hundreds of kids and stuff. It would just be really offensive Dx
