Well, I took a lot of liberty in interpreting this character, Hong Meiling. The awesomest gate-guard in Gensokyo. She's probably 1 of my top 3 favorites in the Touhou-verse in fact. Since her fan nickname is "China", I kinda over exaggerated all the Chinese features on her: communist cap, kung fu shirt & pose...Coming to the credits, the background texture paper is from this here fellow, nice chap

The character, Hong Meiling, belongs to the bullet-hell game, Touhou, by ZUN.
Looks like the only thing I did was paint the girl, lol.
edit: lol, in case any1 notices - yes, she has a tanline, that's what you get for standing out in the sun guarding a gate.
