I like the composition, the angle is interesting and there is a nice complexity. One thing you could improve is the way the sky blends with the rest of the elements. I mean, the way the sky is drawn looks a bit alien to the rest of the things.
The color palette is unusual and the overall result has something 80s-ish about it.
