This is an old drawing of a character I wanted to introduce for a while. This is a Cecaelia named Roger. He is one of the few handsome Cecaelia living in Atlantis. He isn't very attracted towards the females of his race. He has a dreamed philosophy that both humans and Cecaelia can be benefitted from a mutual deal; if humans find an alternative to avoid dumping waste into the oceans, he will grant them something that will give them something that gives humans the ability to go to the lowest depths of the Sea, with the ability to breathe underwater and withstand the high water pressure. He plans to use this to give tours of shipwrecks and his city. He hopes to find a human female that will be an ambassador for the land dwellers in addition to finding a partner of his dreams.
