Millenium Earl wants YOU for his Akuma ArmyI was walking out of Sakura Con Artist Alley when a Millenium Earl (cosplayer) pointed at me. My friend interpreted it as that the Earl wants my innocence, but I think he just wants me for his Akuma Army. Hence the propaganda.

True. Though i never understood why people bring their loved ones back as akuma if they suffer so much... then again i guess if u miss someone enough, you'll do anything to get them back.That, and the Earl makes it sound like it's going to be a great thing when u bring them back to life, but it's not. And i'm behind in the series, but i don't see why the Earl needs more for his army with Level 4 running loose. Level 4 akuma is a one demon army, jeez!
