Yes, dear loved ones, I am alive!
Haven't been here for months. Just let me tell you this: life is exciting! I hope you all enjoyed the summer. Autumn is almost here an I celebrate this beautiful time of the year with this magnificent rose. The shot is still from my early summer shooting but I still have soooo many amazing shots to share.
I am glad to be back!

Magnifique!!! At a glance I just thought that it was an ordinary flower. But now, as I start to study it, the rose is very detailed, with the water and the inside was looking like it was still trying to bloom. In my country, Russia, It can be very snowy. We only have limited time to gaze at the worlds magnificence.
I love the textures that this flower has. You are quite the master of photography. I hope I can see more of these and it has been an honor gazing at your most perfect flower and good bye, Dasvedania!!!!

It is a beautiful and stunning shot, the water droplets giving the piece more depth and impact. The tones and shadows of the rose itself are stunning. A great shot. The blurring out of the shot gives more edge and softness, making the rose itself look delicate. I love the originality and it fills my heart with inspiration. The technique of the shot fully shows the stages of a roses uncurling. This is stunning and takes my breath away. I truly thank you for the experience you have given me today. A truly magnificent piece of art. Well done, and I wish you well.

At first glance, I was 'wow'ing! It doesn't look like a rose; it looks like a rafflesia! That was because of the liquid drops resting upon the rose, which triggered my curiosity and made me click.
With some closer inspection, I am seeing some great lighting techniques. I'm no photographer, so excuse me for unspecific terms, but I love how the lighting is soft and gently highlights some parts of the rose with a gentle gradient to get darker, with no sharp shadows. That is really beautiful.
I also love how you have captured the shape and pattern of the rose. You can clearly see all of the petals and swirls in all of their glory. It is rather mesmerising to look at, which is a good thing.
And the drops of water, as I stated in my first paragraph, give it an exotic look. This was a great time to go outside and snap some shots. The way that each and every one of the droplets are clear in the photograph is amazing. It makes you want to see more.
Now, onto some ways to improve. First of all, I've seen quite a few deviations on your page at this angle. It would be interesting to view something at a different perspective. I recommend that you experiment with angles to see what fits and what doesn't. Secondly, it would be very nice to try some different rose shots. Of course, that is very vague, but that's a good thing. Try to be creative. Think of a 'wow' rose in your head and then try to find something similar.

This, is a fine example of a Phoenix Rose, that marvelous flower that when it wilts, bursts into flame, and then rises again from its own ashes.

The golden leaf colors are so beautiful. I've never seen autumn look so juicy. I like how the middle is perfectly twisted, like quicksand or something. It really pulls you into the picture.
