This is the very cool Vampire Hunter D.I know him from one of my favourite PS-Games "Vampire Hunter D" and the anime "Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust".
He is half vampire... a Dunpeal...
This Dunpeal have a parasite on his Hand: "Left Hand"
... which can suck up the energie from his enemies.
