I haven't added shading yet, so maybe that's the reason. Previously I've depicted their suits appearing in a flash of light (although with shading making the flash of light more obvious), and decided to have one in suit, and the other in progress.
At the last minute, I changed from the flash of light, to showing her suit kind of assembling, maybe that it was a second or two later in the process. But I've been having second thoughts about it.

Hmmm. This is more the speech for the first training run.

This seemed more like a second step to me. Based on their reactions, he already covered the powers of the suits once. This time the point is about what happens when they run out of power (continued on the next page). Their first training sessions probably didn't last long enough that running out of power was even an issue.

Perhaps, it does make me think the first training sessions were bare basic as shown "on-screen"

He might not know yet. It's only been 48 hours or so since the experiment, and they might have been completely drained yet. I'd assume that with an increased charge that it would take longer for them to go from zero to maximum. It might even be a little different for each, or there are ways they can speed it up.
It's easily long enough that they wouldn't want to run out if they were in danger.

Very nice. Good composition, peppy exposition, movin' the plot right along without making the critical information boring. About all I'd suggest is taking the text emphasis in panel three off of "throw" and putting it on "back". Having both words emphasized one right after the other doesn't make a whole lot of sense phonetically.
