So they're not gonna keep getting bigger like in the original are they? Cause while that was hot at times, especially in pin up art, it just was ridiculous. With breasts that big she wouldn't be able to walk. I like the idea of staying this size much much better.
Oh, and I gotta ask, what's up with how her nose is just two half circles?

Her ever drawn so big that she wouldn't be able to walk would be open to debate, but it seems likely it would have impacted her mobility. Annie the engineer or everyday person could have managed, but now I can more easily depict her as a competent superhero.
But no, she's not going to be growing continuously. It also wasn't a good idea for a long-term comic as I was only about half-way through the original. It wasn't done very smoothly, more like big jumps every once in a while. I can't say that there's no chance she'll ever grow again, not even a modest amount- that kind of thing could happen by accident. But I plan for this to be what she'll look like from now on.
About the nose, I think I just simplified her nose over the years into that. In any profile shot you can see she does have a full nose.

It's what made her "Pulse".
It's like the N.A. Godzilla movie... By changing the look of the monster they ended up destroying the movie.
Also... Her unique condition allows for more mystery and future "hijinks".

Honestly I thought Pulse wouldn't be the same without Annie undergoing a physical change. Even if only one. It seemed more realistic than an asian engineer who looks like she does on this page.
I said that it wasn't some rare fun thing anymore, but instead I felt obligated. I wanted to take away the expectations and just have comics, not ones that seemed like they needed a certain element.

One thing I wanted to fix was include the checkered bikini in the comic somehow, at least proving that Annie owns such a thing. It'll be a while though.

Hehe slowly exploding? Well whatever works and looking between this and the start of the old pulse I can see improvements in your drawing ability, with face, lines and anatomy, though especially with backgrounds it seems.

Compared to the first version of the comic, I'm liking this slow build to this point with Annie. I think it allows the transformation to occur without going all adolescent and "look! breasts!" that I feel plagues this style of art (being breast expansion that is)....
