This is about more than one abortion,she can't carry on any pregnancy,she can't do what is natural for any other woman and when she's pregnant again she fears it will end up the same way so she doesn't want it but truly she does and everytime fate give her the same ending.......any close?

Spot on honey, the song is about miscarriage and loss, and the obvious turmoil regarding having another child incase the same happens again and doubting their own abilities as a woman for not being able to carry full term and produce a baby. Though the story does have a happy ending because a year later she had a healthy baby
I'd had this idea for some time but not produced a suitable image to use, I didn't want to do a pregnant tummy as I thought that a little too dark or obvious

No I didn't google it or knew it already,I got it from the lyrics,I thought right away it was about abortion but you said it wasn't just about that so I kept reading the lyrics,I also watched the video but that doesn't give away!
