Lizy Shepard got a happy ending after fighting the reapers. Kaidan and her other teammate, Garrus didn't join the Normandy in the final battle, they stayed on Earth. Shepard destroyed the reapers. It almost cost her her life. She woke up from choma after a half year. She was very weak physically and mentally too, so Kaidan didn't allow her to work. She helped from home, because there were a lot to do. They had to rebuilt the Mass Relays somehow, rebuilt the destroyed homes and they had to keep the peace, because there were more and more conflicts between races who stayed on Earth.
