Description
This is one that I have been working on for a bit. It is off bluster-squall 's Sailor Thetis.

Recently I had done a picture for her of more of a deluxe version of Thetis, ( I will upload it soon) So here is another version of it, along with the princess gown that I just had to design. Alterations may happen at a later date since its 2am when Im uploading this.

And hopefully, if all goes according to plan, more pictures will be uploaded in the near future due to the fact that the busy season of my job is about to begin and I would like to get as much done as possible before the second week of april.

References were used for the larger image of Sailor Thetis. I used the base of the Sailor Neptune manga cover.
