This is another detail from the wraparound cover that I painted for what would have been the second "I, Bonita" novel. I have written five but only the first one was published.

This detail from the cover depicts Bonita the immortal witch as she appeared as a college lecturer at a Quebec college in 1997. Yes there is actually a scene in the book in which she wears Dorothy's ruby slippers. Note that they are not actually touching the pavement.
