So cute! I love this design. So passionate, yet refined. Now for her to shoot to destroy half the city with a shock pistol. Maybe even catch a criminal ^^

I love how you've created a sense of movement by distorting the background. Even the car's lopsided proportions make it look as if it's bending backwards as Carmelita blows by it. Also, the small details on the buildings are killer. The way you use simple shadows to intimate the fact that the windows are sunken into a 3-dimensional surface (at least on the brown building) is an excellent touch! And Carmelita herself look wonderful. Her expression is an excellent example of facial distortion done right.
