Description
Based on Scott Hartman's reconstruction.You are allowed to use the base to make adoptables or personal skin designs ONLY!
You are also allowed to make minor changes (crest, spikes).
You are not allowed to sell the base on its own, only as completed design/adoptable.
If you are using it you have to credit me.
