(yes I call lugia Mr Yaoi Hands... dont judge me)Sorry this took longer than expected, I had to redraw the hood/face bit like 5 times ;-;
I think its finally at least somewhat decent now lol
I also tried a couple times to incorporate the wings/hands but I couldnt make it work :/
