Love your work, your attention to detail and your depiction of anatomy.  HOWEVER, and I say this as someone who has faced the same struggle, you have a bit of a case of SFS (Same Face Syndrome) that I suggest you focus on.  It's distracting, and I believe it is holding you back.  I know you can do it!
