Amazing to discover that Waterford has it's own Vampire. The Dearg Due (The Red Thirst) was a beautiful woman who fell in love with a peasant but her rich dad forced her to marry a wealthy man who abused her and eventually she killed herself. However she rose as a vampire and took her revenge on her dad and husband. Now she rises from her grave and lures men so she can drain them dry. The only way she can be stop is by covering her grave with stones but no-one is quite sure where that is now.
