I needed to take a break from typing out the storyline for my children's book. So I drew this piccy. It's been a while since I've drawn something just for myself and just for the fun of it... Feels pretty good.
*scratches head* You know, I'm not sure - but I think this is the first realpic that I've done with a human in it.
I have to admit, I am very proud of how it turned out. Guess I should draw humans more often; they're not as hard as they used to be! ^_^
Anywho! I used a head-shot photo of a young Native American girl that I got from Corbis.com for face and hair reference, but everything else came straight out of my big furry noggin! Yep yep.
Also. Many thanks to everyone who posted comments; be it for my art, my depressing journal entry or...whatever! Thanks muchly you guys. I really appreciate your kind words - it really helps.
