I can tell you spent a long time on this... the sky's details really show. All the attention you gave the clouds in the beautiful sunset colors, with the starry sky just being unveiled.. it's perfect, dear, it really is. Β 


As for Areal, she looks lovely, and calm, with her eyes full of wonder. I also see that you drew her without lineart! (or that you worked around it during the process) and it looks really good.

Hmm okay... I'd try to point out flaws for you to help you improve, but honestly the only possibly flaw I see is that maybe the dragon's lines aren't all perfect. But that actually works in the artwork's favor because it shows movement and character. The background is beautiful, it's obvious this either took a very long time or you have a good tactic for making backgrounds, because it doesn't seem that you skimped on detail at all.


There's all that "professional top of the line artwork" that you see around on Deviantart and then there's this, which can be much more beautiful than those with just simple lines and details. What's finery without some passion, yes?


So there you go. Whatever flaws a man who has a hard time talking to others has can be made up with facts like his ambitions, goals, and dreams. Really, if you love something, who cares about the flaws? (Like dragons, even their flaws are perfect).
