Lou runs a prostitution racket in the city and also takes part in the sale of drugs. Known as Doctor Lou, his official occupation is chief scientist at a local science laboratory in Great Lakes City, and at that facility, he has his scientists produce drugs, so he is basically an evil counterpart of Lisa Loud and Elizabeth Loud. While he is good at bringing in money for his family and helping to make sure politicians and other officials turn a blind eye to his family’s criminal activities, Lou does act tough but he is actually a coward. He wears a brown sports coat with a white dress shirt and yellow necktie, black pants, and black and white dress shoes.
