Description
This is going to be part of a short series. The story is that a shake and bake colony sent out a distress call that when it arrives is over three years old. An older ship is sent to determine what the situation is. While the ship has been upgraded with newer tech it still has a physical layout dating back to the time before artificial gravity and other new technology. They arrive to find only limited signs of the colony and one survivor. It starts a storyline in which it's uncovered that the ship that dropped off the colony did literally that damaging most of the equipment and supplies as well as killing most of colonists. The handful of survivors except for one died because of a lack of medical supplies and food before the few repairable biodomes were able to start producing enough food. The last act of the setup ship was to not deploy the relay satellites that would allow for communicate in near real time.
