Skin used is Onnic Skin by Apexx Sensei
I made a few changes in social media dock and fixed weather skin
Refer my older posts for information about dock

Weather Skin Fix:
1. Go to news.yahoo.com/weather
2. Change location to your specific location
3. Copy the URL
4. Right click on weather skin and edit skin
5. Under [MeasureWeather] parameter, paste the url you copied [replace the url from skin with your copied url]
6. Under same parameter change the RegExp to the one I share below [just copy and paste it]

RegExp= (?siU)
(.*)
.*data-reactid="8">(.*)
(.*)<.*<\!-- react-text: .* -->(.*)<.*data-reactid=".*"><\!-- react-text: .* -->(.*)<.*(.*).*data-reactid="477">(.*)°(.*).*
