This is awesome ^^ That scene was so sad though... I may be thinking this since I'm a Kira fan, and I'm a Near fan too, but I wonder what exactly would've happened if Matsuda had been another second or two later at shooting Light the second time... All Light needed to do was write the last letter of Near's last name.

I'm neither a Light nor a Near fan so I was glad Matsuda shot him.. one of the most emotional and best scenes! Although, yes.. for me it'd been nice if Light would have managed to write the last letter before that. It was a bit frustrating

In the manga, Near's face was priceless when Light started writing on the Death Note paper from his watch. It's like Near was thinking "OH SH----!"
