NASA's space shuttle "Discovery" is shooting towards the orbit. Today the boy can express his enthusiasm and need to understand the physical universe only by emulating the launch with his bucket of sand.Even though the pioneering shuttle program is shutting down soon, it has helped to develop the technology needed to make the space inhabitable, and inspired a new generation of pioneers.
When I am sitting in my rocking-chair I expect this boy to show us some mind-blowing things about outer space.
A free-flowing painting, with emphasis on colours and concept. Also used sea salt for some texture fun

Awesome! My dad works in aerospace, airplanes mostly, but this still reminds me of the art I'd see at conventions and meetings that he took me to.
Really cool. Emphasis on colours and concept makes you more accessable. Which is good in one way, but by no means necessary.

I'm very glad to hear you find this work accessible. I think it's a rather mature painting in a sense, not as playful as many of my works. I try to create pieces with different attitudes and through various kinds of processes, hoping that in the end I've covered so much artistic ground that there's something for everyone to see in my gallery. I enjoy adventuring

Oh yes, adventure on. It lends strength to your gallery and your individual works. I find most of your art accessible. The lines and the chaos is actually something that I respond very well too, but Discovery is broadly accessible, and instantly.

Yaay. This one is very well done. ^__^ Visually and expression-wise. The textures mix and blend well. The atmosphere in the picture seems quite complete. Didn't think you'd make the idea turn out this well. I'm faving this.

I saw this once when I was in Florida. I was across the sound in Cocoa.
Even from 5 miles away, it was about the coolest thing I've ever seen.
This picture captures exactly what it feels like to see it - you want to fly, but you can't, so you make something else fly.
