A lot of work done on this guy - a completely asymmetric model (sans the head and claws) made to be 3D printed. It was for my art table at the Endada Art Show this Saturday, but it took an hour too long to print, so sadly missed its own debut. This model is one of the favorites that I've made so far, and literally dreamed up - the pose and silhouette was something that was in my mind's eye as I awoke one morning last week. If I'm going to make a 3D printable sculpture, I'm going with the workflow I did with this fella! It's so natural! I am open for orders of copies of this model.Media: ZBrush 4r6

Simply beyond stunning - gorgeous work on the pose, the anatomy and muscle detail as well as the skin folds look very natural, detailed and believable!

I love this pose! Β So many dragon sculptures are dynamic in-motion poses, wings spread, or regally perched on a bed of gold... this one look like a believable animal reclining naturally. Β Reminds me a lot of the awkward way lizards with their big haunches sit on the top of a rock, and the wings are sculpted very life-like.

The twist in the tail seems a bit too exaggerated to be natural, but other than that, this is a magnificent piece!
