its not ugly enough *sigh* i fail at this...lol I love his tights though
I don't have a lot to say about this, except i couldn't find anything funny that lit up, and then i gave up on the light up sweater cause i can't make lights shine on photo shop... its just dissapointing

Oh wow, that tree looks great! But really the tights are the star of the show and I bet they have LEDs in them to flash (in various rhythms). He went all out with the elf shoes, and the mistletoe, probably permanently attached to his fingers - he should have had it on a hat

Oh well if you draw a circle or just add brush dots where you want the lights, you can go to that option in the layers panel to bring up the 'effect' - (a wndow should pop up with things like 'outer glow' and 'drop shadow') - choose the 'outer glow' option and you will get tools pop up to play around with - mess with them untl you get a glow around the brush-dots you like. Also I would pick an 'inner glow' too, just to make the dots look more like they're lights - that's how you get a glowing effect withut much effort easily

Yep, inner and outer glow - there's an 'fx' symbol at the bottom of the layers panel - click on that and you'll get a list - click on one of the items and a box will appear like magic with many things!
