Yep, He now has a monocle looking eyepatch The reason is because he not only lost his arm in an accident, he had to replace his left eye with a glass one and the eyepatch matches his eye under the monocle to his real remaining eye.

My biggest inspiration for this edit is this series of Hetalia steampunk videos. For legal reasons, I cannot share screenshots here but I can share the link to send you guys straight to the series. It's definitely worth the watch.
