Here's an older speedpainting, just so there's something to post while I finish work on my current picture. This one is mostly just an excuse to play with brushes, but I kind of like the outcome. "Aktaru" is the name of the planet where some of my stories take place, with a purplish sky and blue flora. The name means something like "home beyond the sky", as it was an outpost planet originally. This scene depicts an elven signal tower being lit.
