While the herd celebrated and prayed for their lost goddess to return to them in Osulas, Taeith had wandered out into the desert. The stars shone uninterrupted by clouds above as she followed a well-trodden path, and the mare knew she wasn't the only one leaving the city to try and connect to Alya more directly as fresh prints littered the road. Pausing, Taeith looked to the sky as the wind started to kick up the sand around her legs, taking a deep breath. Feeling the sand under her hooves sink under her weight, Taeith felt grounded. She quietly reached out to Kaia, whispering a prayer so that maybe the earth goddess could help find her otherworldly sister. It was a stretch, but the herd needed all the help they could get with the upcoming challenges they faced. After an hour or two out on her own, pausing every so often to repeat her prayer, Taeith decided it was time to head home. As she headed back, Taeith hoped her prayers would be heard by both the goddesses and that Alya would return to them.
