bio: “HOI IM TEMMIE!” A kind but at times slow witted mon, treated as well as he can be around the place. From his place he has a shop of sorts, 'selling' a range of mostly junk but sometimes you can actually find really good items in there. No one knows where he gets his product, not even the Princess. RoseThorn tolerates him more than any other Pokémon in the citadel. Some would say she likes the little guy as a friend. Prestige has chilled out this lovable little shopkeeper, but he still has a decent amount of energy to give, but hey hes a literal cloud now!
