The first 4koma I ever wrote (though not in traditional 4koma vertical format). Read left to right. Nezu Chuuko gets an erotic phone call in the middle of the night. Damn that phone.

Given the art and the introduction of using Japanese, I'd say this was around 99. Also note that the Japanese is wrong, as answering the phone is "moshi moshi" not "mushi mushi."
