I was trying to go more for Yuri's look. I had based a lot of her appearance on Kai. She's probably his biological daughter, not that it matters much.

I actually think this Garg looks insanely cool. You should do a better pic of him.

I'd like too. Black fur is hard to work with, though. I figured if an English gargoyle and a Japanese gargoyle had a kid, the melanin would dominate and the fur would come out black. That means Mori can be a ninja!
I'm wondering if he'd be a good romantic interest for Chelsea. Yeah, technically, they're stepsiblings but they're not related by blood or even really raised together. Weisman mentioned young gargoyles from the Manhattan Clan going to Ishimura to study. Maybe Ishimura sends a few of their young ones to New York, as well. Like foreign exchange students.

may I do a black/white picture of him? I'd actually love to draw him for the features he has...

Sure! I'd love to see someone's take on one of my characters! (Well, Mori has only been mentioned a couple of times. I never really fleshed him out.)

I haven't decided on his sexuality, to be honest. He would be raised by the Ishimura Clan. It's fairly obvious who his biological father is, but he was raised as just another son of the Ishimura Clan, taught Bushido and everything. I was thinking of writing a scene where Staghart decides to tell teenaged Mori about his parentage when he says "It's OK, I kinda figured it out on my own." It would end with them watching /Return of the Jedi/ together to settle a dispute whether or not Darth Vader actually says the words "Luke, I'm your father." (He doesn't.)

Whoops! My bad, it was actually /The Empire Strikes Back/ where Darth Vader did not say "Luke, I'm your father."
