I just felt like drawing something pretty.Roxy is trying out a new hairstyle - I guess she got tired of the pink-and-purple. Seems like that kinda thing would get old fast. I tried to make it look more like highlights and less like, y'know, stripes. This was fun to do, at any rate

I love her lips, but they go almost unnoticed because of the eyes. The eyes also seem a bit off or something, I can't place my finger on it.

The way youve shaded her skin confuses me but other then that I think its an excellent drawing! ^-^ I love the heterochromia! Its awesome. The colour choice is amazing and the background gives off a happy bubbly vibe ^^

Okay well first off that little flesh-colored pocket on top of her hair is driving me crazy. What IS that?
The two other main things- her eyelashes are uneven, brown eye has more then the blue. And I think, anatomically speaking, her breast is a bit too high up. But I'm not really good at anatomy, so don't take my word on that.
Her outfit and the overall look of the work is very cute. I like that her lips are parted- makes her more inviting- and that you broke up the background with the darker circles. I hate it when artists just have a character on a plain bg.
Also the highlights do look like highlight as opposed to stripes.
Overall, nice work, with some problems.

Love the detailing in the hair, and the assymetrical eyes add onto the variety. Background is the appropriate type if simplistic.

The hair is beautiful- the highlights came out well. I love the purple you used for the dress and the cooler green was a good color choice for the background. It contrasts nicely with the purple and the warm hues of her skin.
I was going to say something about the highlights on her skin seeming a little too white, but after looking through your gallery I see that they aren't meant to be highlights so much as the design of the character. I like the way she's designed like that.
The hairstyle, the pouty pink lips, pretty dress- you definitely succeeded in drawing something pretty!
