I'm proud to say this is the first time in my life i finish a digital illustration (i started many but never ever finished one). I am mainly a traditional artist and digital painting process it is an odissey for me. I challenged myself to do a b&w study of an sketch i did on paper and then i tried to color it. Still a lot to learn but there is always a beginning.

About the concept i am exploring the world of the Yōkai and i am starting a serie of illustration about them, In this second illustration i am representing a Kitsune (a fox with the hability to turn into a human) and a Hitodama (human soul in form of a flame).
