Update 16-03-2019
Updated all the outfits and gave a little less outfits because goddamn
drawing all those outfits everytime i do a ref is hard as balls

Did the second season outfits for Carmen!
Not a lot has changed with her Hero costumes, besides that main one I mean. Mostly swapping out the markings and changed a few colours.
Also, a small thing is that her clothes are supposed to be more relaxed at this point.
