I love the Y-cut. It adds to the realism in a surreal way.

I love how this encompasses everything about Sherlock the person and Sherlock the show. The London skyline, the skull, the blood on his feed and head; everything has a significance. Not to mention the stitches on his body; not sure what those are there for, maybe his return from Reinbach? IDK, but everything really flows together quite nicely.
